Cancel Plan

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, payment is charged automatically every month to your registered credit card. If you want to stop using the service, cancel the plan. You can cancel anytime, and you can keep using it until the current expiration date.

Cancellation steps:

  1. Click the settings icon (gear icon) in the header.

  2. Click the down-arrow on the right side of the plan section. Your current plan appears. Click Payment Settings to open the plan details page.

  3. Click Cancel Plan. A confirmation page appears. Click Cancel Plan again to complete cancellation.
