Change Receipt Email Address

Receipts are sent by email after payment is completed. You can change the destination email address with the following steps:

  1. Click the settings icon (gear icon) in the header.

  2. Click the down-arrow on the right side of the plan section. Your current plan appears. Click Payment Settings to open the plan details page.

  3. In the email address section, click Update Information, change the email address, then click Save.
